After much research we have found hoses that are a good fit to connect 1UZ & 3UZ VVTi to the IS200/300 heater matrix. 
Supplied is 2x hoses and 4x stainless steel clamps.
We have tested these on RHD and can confirm fitment. We are yet to fully establish fitment on LHD but see no reason why it shouldn’t work.
