When swapping an auto IS200 or 300 to manual, the bulkhead is not designed to hold the clutch master cylinder. 
Resulting in flex when pressing the pedal and sometimes slight engagement issues due to spacing being incorrect on the pedal.
Our spacer/reinforcement plate is designed to fit behind the pedal assembly and spread the load of the pedal being pressed aswell as reset the angles the pedal sits at and stop engagement issues in the clutch system.
Please note, some pedal adjustment may be required for a perfect setup as our plates our thicker than the oem reinforcement.
